2020 Malvasia Italo & Bruno, Borgo del Tiglio

Italo and Bruno, the two brothers who once owned this vineyard, were at loggerheads for much of their life. It’s perhaps fitting then that the 100% old vine Malvasia that bears their name is a veritable organoleptic rollercoaster: blossom, apricot and rich butterscotch aromas combine on the nose, while the palate is full and voluminous, followed by a cleansing, saline finish. Produced only in top vintages.
