2021 Bourgogne Côte d'Or Blanc, Domaine Tessier

This is from a couple of sizeable plots totalling 2.5 hectares and normally much of it is sold off en vrac to help with cashflow, but we decided to stick our hand up early for it and bought sixteen barrels worth! Aged in mainly older barrels, this is lively and incisive, showing good raciness in keeping with the character of Puligny, where a good chunk of the vines are from.
