Remember, Romain destems everything so the fragrance is coming from the sweet ripeness of the fruit rather than the whole clusters. It comes from a blend of four very different parcels (La Justice, Les Sevrées, Craite-Paille and Bel Air – the village bit). This is quite lush texturally but then finishes with drive and energy.
