2020 Settlement Vineyard, Pinot Noir, Corofin Winery

The 2020 Settlement Pinot is utterly beguiling. Its lifted, floral nose begs the question ‘how much whole bunch?’ to which the answer is none: this wine’s scintillating aromas are indicative of site and of Mike’s light touch in the winery. It’s just as impressive on the palate, with lovely fine tannins and cleansing acidity. Glorious, classical Pinot Noir with a true sense of place.
