The 2022 Art Series Riesling is a touch rounder than the 2021, but with the piano wire tension that is a hallmark of this wine. It boasts explosive lemon/ lime aromas and subtle notes of apricot and spice. In our experience, a year or two in bottle may be required for its thrusting acidity to fully integrate, but gosh the 2022 is a seductive proposition now, particularly paired with oysters (Geraldton, north of Perth, is a great source should you find yourself in WA) or exotic seafood dishes.
