2021 Pommard, Domaine Jean Guiton

This is a very open-knit, charming style of Pommard that runs contrary to the archetype of this village. More delicate and lifted than the Volnay with loose-knit, fine tannins with lovely ripeness. This comes from four plots, two on the slopes and two on the flatter zone, which are picked one week apart to reach optimal ripeness before being co-vinified.
