This is a tribute to Oka, the horse owned by Bertille Arlaud, Cyprien Arlaud’s sister. Fruits come from 40-year-old vines, from vineyards located in the Cote de Nuits (Morey St Denis, Chambolle-Musigny.) Aged in oak barrels, from 15 to 18 months, with a proportion of new oak not exceeding 20%. The wine displays juicy notes of raspberry and cranberry with hints of spice. The wine is bottled according to the moon cycles, without fining or filtration.
