Tasting for the first time with Alexis Pollier leaves one very impressed by his confidence and sure hand. He inherited some vines from his father, who continues to make wine under his own name, and Alexis will gradually increase his holdings over the next few years. The wines are much in the vibrant, non-oaky style with that classic grapey Maconnais purity. The whole range offers excellent value and real drinkability.
