Ito Aboutajedyne

Ito was born in Strasbourg in Alsace, to a Scottish mother and Amazigh Moroccan father, where she was raised speaking both English and French. After school, Ito headed north, where she earned a Politics & Philosophy MA from the University of Glasgow. She entered the wine trade in 2014 at The Gannet, a restaurant in Glasgow, before heading to London where she managed a wine shop and bar between 2016 and 2017. With an ever-growing interest in fine wine, Ito joined the sales team at Mayfair's Hedonism Wines where she worked until May 2022, before moving to Liberty Wines, working in both fine wine & off trade sales, ahead of joining Flint in mid 2026. Ito completed her WSET Diploma in 2019. When she’s not at home in London, she’s likely visiting her partner in Switzerland, her twin sister in Paris, or her parents who live between France and Morocco.
