Harry Ballmann

Harry was raised in around Oxfordshire, in the countryside and then received a BA in Politics from Swansea University and then an MA in European Politics and Public Policy from Maastricht University in the Netherlands. It was during his masters that he developed an interest in wine, and he then went to work as a junior sommelier at Wilton’s in London. After another sommelier role at Folie, which has since closed, he left to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities, including sourcing wines for national retailer Home Bargains and running his own business Cépage, which serviced both trade and private clients. Harry has completed the WSET Level 3. He lives in Liverpool.
