Charles made both this and a 1er Cru ‘Vaillons’, but whilst the latter was very nice, this was the one that really got our juices going. Stony and mineral with a lovely bite and extract that induced a gorgeously sapide and saline finish. A textbook Chablis. Drink from 2026.
