2021 Aloxe-Corton 1er Cru Les Fournières, Domaine Tollot-Beaut & Fils

One of the most concentrated and structured wines made at the domaine, from steep east-facing slopes located at the entrance to the village on the ascent up the Hill of Corton. Dense fruit with quite a dark profile – black cherry, tea leaf and sweet cooking spice. There is a firmness to the tannin that will require some patience but also plenty of fruit concentration to see this through for the long-haul.
