The Petit Verdot always stands out in our lineup with its lovely untamed aromatics. For the 2021, the bouquet boasts equal parts naughty and nice – raspberries and cherries are coupled with bramble and iron, showing off the unique markers of this rare and nuanced varietal. The ’21 Petit Verdot will work well with spicy foods which might wash-out the more subtle classic varieties.
