Atance’s Cuvée No. 1 is a fresh, summery white blend of Malvasia and the local Merseguera grown at 800m altitude fifty kilometres from the Mediterranean in Utiel-Requena (province of Valencia). Malvasia contributes subtle floral aromas while Merseguera is prized for its refreshing acidity. The wine is organic certified and raised exclusively in stainless steel tanks for maximum freshness. It makes for a great apéritif but also right at home with summer salads and seafood dishes.
