2020 Beaune Rouge 1er Cru Grèves, Domaine Rapet Père & Fils

Generally one thinks of Grèves as a touch brooding but Vincent manages to coax a little finesse into this example so that it remains in touch with its feminine side at all time. It has depth and perhaps a little more overt structure but the fruit is well toned and bright and all elements remain in perfect harmony. Lots to come here.
