2022 La Hermana Chardonnay, Liquid Farm

In 2013 Liquid Farm branched out from Sta. Rita Hills and began producing chardonnay from the “sister” AVA, Santa Maria Valley with 100% of fruit coming from the famed Bien Nacido Vineyard. Since its production is similiar to the White Hill, we consider this the “sister”; thus its name (in Spanish). Slightly richer, with more roundness than the White Hill, and a much more apparent profile of tropical fruits.
