2023 Luminance, Pouilly-Fumé, Domaine Jonathan Didier Pabiot

Luminance hails from a handful of sun-kissed south/south-east facing parcels on Kimmeridgian marl whose proximity to the Loire – and the resulting microclimate – adds freshness and drive to a wine that’s fragrant and playfully textured. Like Aubaine, it was raised primarily in concrete plus a small proportion in cask. Less mineral, more mellifluous and silky than Aubaine, and equally delicious.
