2019 Malvasia Italo & Bruno, Borgo del Tiglio

The vineyard from where Italo & Bruno are harvested were originally owned by two brothers, Italo & Bruno (who coincidentally hated each other!). This wine is only produced in the best harvests from the oldest vines, picked in ‘pitch perfect state’ confirms Mattia. “The white flowers are there as well as the white pepper notes, in the mouth it’s very balanced.” This wine is exciting and luscious with an array of floral notes with stone fruits finishing with a smooth complexity. A great wine to bring these two brothers back together!
