2023 Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses, Domaine Nathalie et Gilles Fèvre (Marcel et Blanche)

This is a similar sized parcel, but the vines are older and the yields significantly lower, intensifying the sense of tension and vitality. More stone fruits come through here and there is real weight and power, all lifted by a brightness and drive. Great purity and the oak very much plays a supporting role. Great promise here.
