2024 Uco Valley Malbec, Magna Montis

This is an exceptionally elegant Argentinian Malbec from the small, quality-driven Magna Montis project, led by Martín Dicuzzo. Grown at over 1,000m above sea level in the Uco Valley, the grapes are hand-harvested and undergo spontaneous fermentation with a proportion of whole bunch for extra lift — a signature of the Magna Montis range. This cuvée is raised in steel tanks and concrete to lock in its inherent mountain freshness. Expect red berry and floral aromas with hints of graphite, while the palate is medium-bodied with cleansing acidity and sapidity.
