A nuanced and immensely classy Cabernet Sauvignon, showcasing the very best of Margaret River. There’s just the right degree of resistance to the tannins, plus mouth-watering acidity and a harmonious yet complex bouquet taking in cassis, eucalyptus, cedar and violets. The 2019 growing season was characterised by a cool spring, balmy summer – which provided a boost to ripening – then 52 mm of rain in late January, resulting in a notably fresh, mineral rendition of this wine.
