2022 Saint-Joseph, Tildé, Domaine Pierre Jean Villa

<div>'The origin of my story' is how Pierre-Jean describes Tildé, the first vineyard parcel he ever purchased. Named in honour of his father's Spanish heritage, this single-vineyard Saint-Joseph comes from granite soils and old Syrah vines planted in 1965. Whole bunch fermented before ageing for two years in oak, 20% of it new, the wine combines dark fruits and warming spice with a subtle savoury edge and finely structured tannins.</div>
