2020 Saint-Veran La Bonnode, La Soufrandière

The vineyards are at the bottom of the hill of Vergisson and this is a Saint-Véran that seems to want to be a Pouilly-Fuissé, certainly in terms of stature and depth. Very classic, good purity and a lovely saltiness throughout.
