This is an exemplary Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from the biodynamically-farmed Huia Estate. The nose is open and expressive without being overblown: expect classic aromas of gooseberry, passionfruit and lime. The ‘25 was matured partly in neutral oak barrels, adding texture and depth, but the palate is characterised above all by its racy acidity and long, finely-balanced finish. Simply delicious.
