2021 Savigny-les-Beaune 1er Cru Les Hauts Jarrons, Domaine Jean Guiton

A slightly deeper purple colour here with a darker fruit profile of sweet black cherry and black raspberry. Tannins are fairly fine yet firm and well-matched for the juicy fruit. There is greater density here of both fruit and structure that should support some good aging. From steep east-facing slopes adjacent to Corton that lies to the north.
