Light gold in colour with a fine mousse and enticing aromas of ripe citrus, pear and brioche. Extra Brut, with a mere 1g dosage, it combines shimmering acidity with a rounded, juicy palate that speaks of 2019’s warm growing season. The base wine was vinified in 300L cask, and the wine aged for some 30 months years sur lattes prior to disgorgement in spring 2023.
