El Reventón was founded by three friends: Gearóid Devaney, Adrianna Catena and Alejandro Vigil (Catena winemaker). Drawn to the Gredos Mountains and the old-vine Garnacha here, they craft a range of wines, and this is their regional blend, paying homage to their own vineyards as well as some fruit purchased from other local growers. It's made using whole bunch, wild yeasts and concrete for élevage. Fresh, crunchy and vibrant, with lots of wild herbal character.
