2023 Château Pontet-Canet, Pauillac

This is a beautiful harmonious Pontet-Canet with plenty of black forest fruit intertwined with a dark floral notes and hint of pencil shaving and a linear crysteline clear freshness. Its medium bodied palate gives a sense of elegance and does not detract from the serious fruit intensity and complexity culminating in a lifted fragrant finish with a seamless tannin structure that underpins the wine.
