2023 Velour Pinot Noir, Collectible Vintage

Aromatic, juicy and alarmingly drinkable, this is a thrilling example of South African Pinot Noir. You’d expect nothing less from Gareth and Ronan and given that the principal grower behind it is the renowned Johannes Storm. The nose is a symphony of red berries, cut flowers and spice, while the palate is mid-weight and lithe, but – with its generous helping of ripe fruit – Velour is aptly named. It will drink brilliantly from the word go.
