Kristi Tobi

Kristi grew up in Estonia, where she attended Pärnu College at the University of Tartu and received a Diploma in tourism and hospitality management, during which she worked two summers in Spain. Upon graduation in 2011, Kristi moved to London and worked up from bartender to manager to assistant general manager in bars before switching to accounting in hospitality after receiving a BA in Accounting and Finance from London South Bank University in 2019. She joined Caprice Holdings, starting as an Accounts Receivable Assistant, rising to Finance Manager for Birley Clubs, before joining Flint in June 2026. Kristi has a strong interest in athletic pursuits, including having taken part in a 12-hour ultra race, raising money for Access Sport charity.
