Julie Salou is originally from Brittany, France. She continued to live and work in France after finishing school and then receiving a Trilingual Executive Secretary Diploma (French, English, Italian), before moving to London in 2007. For nearly a decade she worked at VisitBritain before joining the hospitality sector in 2021 at Santo Grill and Wine, and then Bancroft Wines from 2022. Julie has completed the WSET Level 2 program. She lives in southeast London with her two sons and partner.
