Had this been England, the vines would have recently received a birthday card from King Charles, having reached three figures. Perhaps surprisingly, given the quality of the bunches produced, everything was destemmed, but then Thibaud, quite rightly, felt the juice was more than fresh enough naturally thanks to the stony character of the terroir.
