2022 Pommard 1er Cru Les Chaponnières, Domaine Launay-Horiot

This is the largest Cru in the domaine, totalling 0.6 hectares. It’s nicely fragrant throughout and, although the mid-palate is peppered with slightly darker fruits, it remains no more than medium weight with notable bite and energy on the finish.
