2017 Beaune 1er Cru Clos des Mouches Rouge, Domaine Violot-Guillemard

This is very fragrant for a Beaune, showing lovely sweet, floral red fruit aromas and a touch of ripe briar. A little earth and spice sneak onto the palate. Very fruit friendly and well balanced. Already rather delicious.
