2023 Bourgogne Côte d'Or Maison-Dieu, Domaine Violot-Guillemard

50% whole bunch here and first time round it had just been assembled and was a little subdued, but second time about a month later it was absolutely singing. Lovely fragrance, texture and grip. A lot of wine for a mere Bourgogne. Drink from 2026
