2018 Pouilly-Fuissé, Domaine du Roc des Boutires

This is a mix of different parcels with different terroirs. Barvay, La Grange Murger and Les Lites tend towards the marl and limestone rather than being heavily clay dominated. This helps to keep the wine vibrant and fresh, and after a rich attack the finish, is long, vibrant and salty. An impressive ‘entry’ wine.
