Philippe’s holdings of Bourgogne Blanc total 2.4 hectares, made up of nine different parcels to the south of the village on the ‘right’ side of the RN74! It’s aged half in wood (600LT foudres, of which just a few are new) and half in stainless steel vats, as Philippe wants a certain accessibility without compromising the natural raciness of Puligny.
