2008 Clos des Lambrays Grand Cru, Domaine des Lambrays

100% whole bunch and 50% new oak. This seems a touch more powerful than previous vintages, even the 2015. The fruit is a little darker, with hints of chocolate and fruit cake, though the freshness of the whole bunch then lifts the mid-palate to add definition and length.
