Another fruit source that Mark picked up in 2020; what a fantastic acquisition! Mark’s vines are situated at the top of the vineyard. With its poor top soil, the vines are almost planted straight into the bed rock. Old vines here too, the average being 80 years old, which according to Mark gives a great opportunity to use lots of stems, with up to 75% used in 2022.
