2019 Geremia IGT, Rocca di Montegrossi

Geremia has fast become one of the star wines of our Italian portfolio. 71% Merlot, 29% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2019 does total justice to a growing season Marco describes as ‘almost perfect.’ It has a cool fruit profile, with subtle leafy and graphite aromas. The palate combines muscular tannins and plenty of ripe, black berry fruit. Like San Marcellino, it was raised for two years in oak, and a further two in bottle.
