2022 Chablis Vauclaire, Domaine Gilbert Picq

This parcel was planted in 1985. Didier only uses the very best bunches from the parcel for this cuvée, the rest goes into the straight Chablis. In terms of fruit concentration, this is quite a big wine, by Didier’s standards at least! But the more classical stony elements kick in on the finish.
