2018 Chambertin Grand Cru, Domaine du Clos Frantin

0.17 hectares here of 50 years of vines have produced 3 barrels (2 new) of powerful juice that will need to find its feet. Structured, grown up and quite backward. Despite its obvious power and masculinity the tannins are beautifully integrated and it has a gorgeous seamless quality to it. Serious but very limited in volume.
