2022 Eclat de granite, Côte Roannaise, Domaine Sérol

<div>Floral, peppery red made from Gamay Saint-Romain grown in the Côte Roannaise, near the source of the Loire. Light to medium-bodied, it's made with a healthy proportion of whole bunch and raised in tank for maximum freshness. ’22 was a warm vintage here, but Eclat has all the energy its name suggests. Chillable and age-worthy (if you can resist it).</div>
