From a single 0.32-hectare plot planted with Pinot Noir grapes. This cuvee spends a year in barrel and then 5-6 months in steel before being bottled without fining or filtration. Quite dark in colour with lots of dark raspberry notes and there is a little whole bunch here adding some lovely touches of florality. Tannins are supple, fine grained, this is a very elegant wine.
