This is a late ripening site, situated at 300
metres altitude and facing due east. However,
the yields in 2022 were so low that the Bret
brothers actually harvested it much earlier
than usual to preserve its natural vibrancy. It
is very concentrated and I think they made
an excellent call as it retains a salinity amid
