2022 Gevrey-Chambertin Les Murots, Domaine du Clos Frantin

This is just one of many excellent village Gevrey-Chambertins from this 2022 vintage. A blend of two parcels, one of 50 years old, the other just 10 years old, it has a nice gentle structure that quietly frames the bright red fruits and earthy undertones. Controlled and not too powerful this will make for very attractive mid-term drinking. Drink from 2027.
