Rendez-vous is a dazzling new cuvée from Nick and Elio Ottin. The nose is bright and expressive, with floral, herbal and raspberry aromas, as well as Syrah's signature peppery lift. It's medium-bodied with crisp, alpine acidity, no little grip on the mid-palate. Sapid and digeste, it's a heaven-made match for prosciutto and cheeses including the local Fontina.
