This is a properly-named VV cuvée for a change, coming from half a hectare of 90 year old vines from 2 different parcels, one below the 1er Cru Charmes and one next to Clos de la Barre. It’s a more intense, more grown-up version of the Bourgogne Blanc, showing plenty of salinity and a nice tension supporting the rich textural palate. Plenty of natural matière thanks to the old vines and some elongating dry extract.
