Beaumont

Beaumont is one of the Cape’s great family estates, situated in Bot River and rooted in a farming history that stretches back centuries. Since moving away from the co-operative system in the 1990s, the family has focused on estate-grown wines from old vineyards, helping establish Bot River as a region of growing significance. The estate is particularly celebrated for Chenin Blanc and Mourvèdre, with wines such as Hope Marguerite demonstrating the remarkable complexity and ageing potential of old Cape vines. These are great value wines with soul.
