Sebastian Holdsworth
Fine Wine Intern
Sebastian grew up between Saffron Walden and Colchester and found his way into wine through the floor of the Church Street Tavern in Colchester, a Michelin guide restaurant where he worked on and off for four years alongside his studies and travels through South America, completing his WSET Level 2 along the way. It was a bottle of 2018 Danbury Ridge Pinot Noir that made the decision for him. He left a degree in Social Policy and Politics at The University of Bristol to pursue a Wine Consultancy Diploma at CAFA Formations in Bordeaux - an English wine sending him to France to study the trade.
